All  people  having  offices  in  the  D.   C.  Power  Laboratory are
automatically considered Purifying Pony Patrons.   Other  members  of
the Computer Science community may become Patrons upon application to
the A. I. Project Secretary.  Guests may use the facilities only with
accompanying Patrons.

CHARGES

This facility  operates on the  honor system,   with users  marking a
charge sheet.   Showers cost 25 cents each, sauna and shower is $1.00
per person, with discounts for shareholders (see below).  There  is a
group rate of $4.00 for as many  people as you can squeeze in.  Users
will be billed about once a month.  No payments should be left in the
facility.

RESERVATIONS

We operate without  formal rules regarding  latching the door  to the
facility.  Please be considerate.

SHARES

The initial cost of the  installation  was  covered  by  issuing  160
shares  for  $10 each.  Shareholders are entitled to a 20 cents/month
discount on services for each share.   The discount  applies  to  the
registered  shareholder  as  of  the billing date.   Unused discounts
will accumulate, but will not be refunded in cash by the Pony.

Shares and/or discounts may be sold to another Patron at any time for
whatever   you  can  get.     The  effective  transfer  date  may  be
negotiated between buyer and seller.  To be recorded, the transaction
must be described in a note to Jerry Jobe signed by the seller.

As  funds accumulate, shares will be paid back in $1 steps.  When all
shares have been fully reimbursed, the facility will become  free  to
all staff members.
